See all the setup-*modname*.exe's are weidu.exe just renamed to take commands from the setup-*modname*.tp2 files, which are the actual mod files that say what the .exe should do to the files. And you can open the .tp2 files with Notepad. If you don't have a weidu.exe in the game folder, all you have to do is to copy one of the setup-*modname*.exe files and rename it as weidu.exe .
