Seeking Mod: Play as a Lycanthrope or (Demi)Lich

I found the old template mods to gain a template - Death Knight, Half-Celestial, Half-Fiend, Lich, or Skeleton Warrior.  (Alleluia!)  To my understanding, this was never updated to EET.  Who's up for it?

I know the mod Vampire World lets you play as a Vampire.  What mods exist that let you eventually become a Lycanthrope (Werewolf, most likely) or a (Demi)Lich?

Well, the original game has the druid kit that allows the werewolf or greater werewolf shapshift...

And I would remember there to be a really old non-EE mod that allowed Lich transformation. And illithid one too. Don't remember it's name. ... I also made a kit that's HLA made you to be a Jedi, and you had a lightsabre... but it broke the character, so to speak.

EET-compatible Illithid and (Demi)Lich permanent (undispellable) transformations seem intriguing to me since EET seems like the best place to do it.  I'm surprised these mods weren't popularly updated to EET!
