A Turing machine in WEIDU

I had completely missed this thread until now. Just want to say: neat! :D

When I wrote that WeiDU is "probably" Turing-complete I was still very very unfamiliar with it. I'm still not particularly familiar with it, but I've since realized that it does offer all the basics (and then some) for general-purpose programming. Perhaps my main issue is the rather unique syntax and naming of builtin operations.
