silver_eagle
Please note that this mod is currently in beta release. Timer Mod In Infinity Engine game speed is directly tied to how fast the engine is rendering - therefore attempting to double the default speed to 60 frames per second consequently speeds up the in-game timer as well. That affects how much time the player has to complete any timed objectives/quests. This mod attempts to fix that problem. Once loaded game runs at 60 FPS but the timer is left untouched! Since combat may feel overly fast when playing at 60 FPS this mod introduces a "Slack Combat" feature - anytime hostile creatures are encountered game speed is reverted to default (slower) until all monsters are dealt with. Currently supported games: Baldur's Gate I Enhanced Edition (only Windows version) Baldur's Gate II Enhanced Edition (only Windows version) How to use Download the latest release. (Link is at the bottom of this post) Unpack the archive. Run the game. Run GameSelector.exe, choose the game and wait until loading is finished. Hotkey F10 - Show console. F11 - Enable/Disable the mod. F12 - Enable/Disable slack combat. Download from Github: Infinity Timer Mod Edited November 30, 2021 by silver_eagle Quote Link to comment
mickabouille
I also think it's a good idea to mention it's limited to windows versions. Quote Link to comment
Endarire
Is it EET compatible? Quote Link to comment

It should work if the process name is Baldur.exe - just give it a try, you don't have to install anything, just load it and you're good to go.
