Is there a resource that explains this forums' markup?

I honestly couldn't find anything. For example, how does tagging a user (not a topic) work?

Tagging a user: you type the @ and continue with the user's name. A popup menue should appear. Chosing the according name from the popup menue with the mouse will tagg the user.

I have no link to a general document about these things.

A pity. But at least I didn't miss something really obvious, so there's that.
