Eddard Silvershield's Fistula

I've been wandering around Baldur's Gate trying to find a member of the Silvershield family to give this bit jewlerly to. I've tried the estate, and met Mrs Silvershield who just keeps asking me to leave. Can't find Mr ... any hints would be gratefully received.

If I remember correctly, the idea (without Eldoth - I think he complicatyes matters) is to bluff your way into the Silvershield house and go up the back stairs without talking to Skie or anyone, and talk to Mrs. Silvershield in the main bedroom. If you do it right, she does take the fistula. I have never tried it with Eldoth.
