Lemernis Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 ... I've scoured Waukeen's Promenade, and I can't find Rashryn. I think I've looked everywhere but inside the circus tent (not interested in doing that quest). Perhaps I've overlooked him? Where is he? TIA
Meira Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 He's standing on a platform that's located in the eastern end of the Promenade. He's the guy in fine beige/grey coloured clothes and IRC the tooltip labels him as 'tailor'.
