Version 2 of the G3 Debugging Suite released

Nothing terribly exciting here--fixed a bug when you tried to use a prefix with the creature inventory checker, fixed a bug that was generating a lot of false positives when checking actor script and dialogue references in areas, and added smoketest's suggestions for area script checks. It will now tell you if a script is assigned that doesn't exist and if no script is assigned, but a likely area script exists.
