About This File
The Baldur's Gate version of the popular Romantic Encounters mod, adding several encounters and quests all over the game. BG1RE aims at populating the game with romantic encounters, intense dialogues, unexpected private dinners, romantic traces of long lost times, and real quests that all deal with true love, fulfilled or unfulfilled.
The mod is compatible with BG w/TotSC, Tutu, BGT, BGEE, and also directly with EET.

- -("Camryn and Tamah") original journal entry (dlg state 4,5,6) of Tamah's quest will be removed as soon as it's written (by area script)
- -("Camryn and Tamah") added one more journal entry for Tamah if PC demanded her house
- -(BGT, Tutu; BG:EE, EET) ("The Messenger 2: Rain or Snow or Gloom of Night") quest spell doesn't show at spell table any more
- -(EET) ("The Honest Lies of Two Riversides", "The Novelists", "Necromancer's Trouble") area scripts are now correctly patched with quest script blocks
- -(compatibility) ("Bardolan's Briefing") altered Bardolan's reaction at first meeting a tiny bit to introduce another line so the variable for his meeting will be set (if BG1NPC is installed and Kivan / SharTeel are interjecting into the dialogue, there was an instance where the variable did not get set and Bardolan wouldn't show in the barracks.)
- -(SoD from GOG/Steam) Mod won't install on Steam/GOG SoD if modmerge didn't run.
