Call lightning in planar sphere

When he goes out of the planar sphere (to the other plane) to get the heart of the demon he cant cast Call Lightning, the reason "he is indoors" ??

Heh, no. While I do think that Call Lightning should work here, it also means you'll get a lot of silly encounters and dialogues. For example, changing the area flag would mean that Jaheira's miscellaneous Harper friends could turn up here.
