They should be bogstandard effect structures.

 

IWD or BG2 was the first to use EFFv2.

 

The listing for effects says its an extended version of the one embedded in creatures, so is there a listing for the one that's embedded in creatures? Or am I reading this wrong.

He's right, as far as I can tell the pages for CRE files are exclusively pointing there for effects, and there's nothing in sight for v1.

 

Here's a layout for them
