IsActive()

Returns false if the CRE is deactivated and true if it is activated. A CRE will execute script blocks while deactivated unless this check is present (tested). I would've thought this was known, but the entry still says "NT."

 

Edit: as a side note, WeiDU doesn't like IsActive() by itself - you need to use IsActive(Myself) or similar.
