Flame of the North damage bonus

BUG:

"The two-handed sword Flame Of The North was providing its damage bonus of 4 against all evil-aligned opponents, instead of just Chaotic Evil ones"

 

CAUSE:

IDS reference incorrect.

 

FIX:

Correct IDS reference, to chaotic evil.
