Cultist robes not working

Hi there. I'm posting in the IWD NPC Project forum because I'm not sure if this issue is related to Sir Nord's special robe item. Anyway, I've equipped the robes onto every character in my party, but the Yuan-ti still attack me on site inside the temple. Does anyone have any idea why they are turning aggressive automatically? Thanks!

before or after any dialog? It's not just about the robes.

I don't get any dialogue options. The first yuan-ti I see immediately turns hostile.

Try making a save before that, and dropping Nord out of the party & see if it is Nord-related. There was something about the robes, but I can't for the life of mine...

I just tried that, but I still get the same reaction. Is there something I might have done earlier that would make them act like this?

Sorry, I am not sure. IIRC Nord did not want to use stealth dealing with the Cult and dropped the robes, without him in the party, I am not sure what goes wrong.

Oh well, I guess I won't be using any subterfuge this time. Out of curiosity, will I be missing any important dialogue? I have Diriel, Nord, Peony, Prachi and Salomeya (and, sneaky rogue that I am, I used Dalekeeper to make sure both Peony and Salomeya romances are continuing).

I am wondering if I tweaked an area variable, rather than a global to make it work for sure (yeah, I know). Did you drop Nord before or after entering the temple? If it was inside the temple, might be worthwhile re-entering without him if you have a save. I can't recall off hand if the NPCs interjected much in Chult, sorry, it's been years....
