Spellbook checking

Is there a way for a script to check if a particular wizard has a spell in her/his spellbook (not necessarily prepared at the moment)?

From the echoing silence, I'm guessing the answer is, "No, that's impossible." That's a pity.

There's one for a prepared and memorized yes (alike: HaveSpell(CLERIC_SLOW_POISON) ..., but not just prepared (but not already memorized) spell. Unless I am of course mistaken.

You can only check memorised spells, and there are restrictions on who can do the checking.
