Jarno Mikkola
To apply this to all bards, you would need to set all bard kits to share the Skald usability value (0x00800000). Of course the Trueclass cannot have a kit's usability flag so you would need to, as I said above, add a new "Trueclass" kit and replace the real Trueclass with the new clone in the menu. And change the K_B_x.2da tables to not include the vanilla vanilla Bard, but the altered bard... but that should be simple after the above is done. Simple and simple. Well, relatively it is. Link to comment
Aquadrizzt
I was messing around with the spell exclusion flags (using v2.3.67.3 of SoD and BG2EE) and I found some weird behavior with the various flags. I looked at which spells were shown during character creation for Mages, Diviners, Wild Mages, Sorcerers, Dragon Disciples, Blades, Jesters, and Skalds. Flag -> Hidden from: 0 -> Blade, Skald, DD 1 -> Jester, Skald, DD 2 -> Blade, Jester, Skald 3-> Blade, Jester, Skald 5 -> DD 31 -> Wild Mage Flags 15 through 30 did not show any exclusion properties for any of the kits examined. It looks like 5 is a DD exclusion flag, which is bizarre because it DD's use the trueclass usability hex 0x4000). Link to comment

subtledoctor
They discuss what does and doesn't actually work in the thread this was split from: http://gibberlings3.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=28382&do=findComment&comment=248646 Long story short, it is only feasible to use wizards and bards for this. (And alignments.) Link to comment
