So in the first picture you have a successful install, in the second, you start uninstalling wtf ... and last the uninstall ends and you are given a restart screen ? So?

PS, you can picture link so long as you have a .jpg file as the address... the png is a horrible format... cause it's not the most common one. Just like the non .zip's are not the most common ones, so you cannot attach them.

The screenshots are one after the other. No command has been provided apart the 1 on the first image, nor it was asked to uninstall. 

The component is bugged and what you see is what you get.  You can even check what was uninstalled. 0 files have been removed.

Belatedly, but I don't see any evidence of a bug here.

i tried batch mode first, it actually proceeded normally past the "error", and after inputting the language again, to install normally. And it did, but then the dos window refused to close with Enter. And this was too much experiments for me.

I don't understand, so it is intended that you get the "uninstall" part and for the installer to end with "choose your language" ? Also, in my (old) game, I didn't have SCS features. I had to reinstall it normally.
