This is my guess - just didn’t copy over the modded .tlk file. Or maybe the Steam Deck expects it to be in a different location.

Maby you are right, but I do not know here that is

SUCSESS IT WORKS!

1. Install and mod baldur's Gate EE as you whant it on you PC.

2. Install Baldur's Gate EE on your steam deck, you need to force steam to install the Windows version via the compatibility sections.

3. Copy over the game to your steam deck, I use Warpinator.

4. Delete the contents of your baldur's gate ee folder on your steam deck and past in the copy from your PC.

 

Done!

Hi, I have the same issue. How did you force Steam Deck to install the Windows version? My compatibility only has options for Proton.

Solved! Installed with Compatibility set on Proton Experimental, removed the files, copied files from PC and it works!
