Thank you for replying; I tried out "CheckStatGT" and "6" and it lead to the triggering right after the NPC complaint about being tired. How is the stat increased? For trying out the fatigue-stat I walked several ingame days across Amn until the first NPC got tired. Then, after loading a savegame I made only an instance before this, I had to travel another four days to get them tired (whete it only took some seconds before). Sounds rather random to me.
