pro5 Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 IESDP seems to have zero information on differences between v9.1 and 1.0 of ARE files. I'm sure I'm not the first one who has attempted to use ID2 areas in BG2? If so, can someone share the experience please, so far I can't figure out what to do. I see that ID2 area has 0x10 (unused?) bytes at offset 0x54, and looks like that's the only difference besides the header itself. But changing header, deleting those 0x10 bytes and correcting all offsets doesn't do the trick, NI says the file is corrupted. Link to comment
Miloch Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 I thought there were some mods that converted some of the IWD areas to BGT (Neverending Journey maybe?). Though I'm just speaking on hearsay since I have very little (i.e. no) experience with those mods. Link to comment
