Hendryk
hey, this gives way to a "developping" flirt, too: First time Ajantis could believe he really lost it, thanking CHARNAME for noticing... Yeah! You could even cheat a little by making it half a banter. Give Ajantis only one reply each of the first two times it happens and then give a random selection of his growing scepticism beginning with the third occasion: First time: Ajantis: Oh! I thank you for your keen observation, m'lady. Second time: Er...again? Uh...thank you...(Ajantis pats down all his equipment in confused concern.) Link to comment
jastey
That's what I planned. Almost a pity this flirt will be for thieves only... Link to comment
jastey
He could ask for a lock of Charname's hair to be kept inside his helmet. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Would that be <CHARNAME> cut it off or could the man do the cutting himself? Link to comment
Catseye
He could ask for a lock of Charname's hair to be kept inside his helmet. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Would that be <CHARNAME> cut it off or could the man do the cutting himself? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think he should cut it. Link to comment
jastey
That's what I thought, too. Thank you, Catseye! I wanted to make sure. Link to comment
Hendryk
If I remember what little I ever knew of courtly romance, the woman would cut the lock off as part of the giving. Besides, what normal woman is going to trust anyone but her hairdresser around her head with a pair of scissors? Link to comment
