Magic resistance not stacking

Hey guys, i'm playing BG II Throne of Bhaal with tweakpack, fixpack and scsII. The bug ( i think it's a bug) is that magic resistance from items is not stacking.

 

My main char is using Carsormyr and the amulet wich gives 10% magic resistance you buy in Underdark. The thing is in order to reach the 60% MR from both items, 50% from Carsormyr and 10% from the amulet, I have to be constantly re equiping the amulet to get the 60% or else it stays at 50%.

 

I think the last time I've played BG I had found a fix for this here, i'm not sure though, any help ?

This is Carsomyr behaving as intended--it sets MR to 50%--as confirmed by the devs. I think Wes' Item Upgrade "fixes" this, as do a few other mods. Alternatively, it's a pretty simple change with any editor.
