taltamir
I hope this isn't inappropriate to request. But it would be an awesome addition to the other "stackable X" mods for BG2. Link to comment
CamDawg
The problem with books is that they're all unique items, so making them stackable isn't going to save you a lot of space. It's easy enough to add to the unlimited scroll stacking, though. Link to comment
lynx
Something like a book case would be more sensible. Link to comment
CamDawg
Scroll cases take books, so you're good to go with bottomless bags already. Link to comment
taltamir
Thank you for the answers. Funny thing, I only now noticed that there are different books with the same name. I have 10 completely different books under the name "history of the north". That being said, they are not unique; merely have duplicate names. I put all my books into a bottomless bag of holding and some stacked up inside it due to being duplicates, most didn't though due to being different even if their names were the same. So if books were stackable it will not be used all that often, but occasionally it would (especially when you are taking it out of the bag of holding) and that would be nice. It won't be used that often but it will be used occasionally and would be nice when it does. Actually, now that I think about it. Is there any technical reason against a mod that makes everything stackable? Only things I can think of is that trying to wear 50 helmets would cause a bug... but even if it did I would take that deal and just be very careful to break stacks before equipping an item.
