Bug: Vichand talks with his charmed dialogue always.

In BDVICHANbdvichan.dlg in BG:SoD, state 0 is triggered by

~Allegiance(Myself,REALLYCHARMED)
GlobalLT("bd_plot","global",240)~

In EET, the trigger is replaced by

~Allegiance(Myself,ANYONE)
GlobalLT("bd_plot","global",240)~

making Vichand talk in his charmed dialogue always.

As far as I can see it's the only instance where REALLYCHARMED is used in the whole saga. Is it a valid state allegiance?

 

- Now I understand where the player complaints come from that Edwin and Vichand wouldn't react to each other...

Which actually makes me wonder if this might be added to the EE Fixpack instead.

EDIT: It comes from https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/1069085/#Comment_1069085 and onwards. I presume it is a valid state then.
