[bug] New SoD game and my main doesn't have Bhaalspawn Powers.

I only installed EET core and EET end. When I start a new SoD game from imported character, my main doesn't get Bhaalspan Powers.

Searching for references to SPIN101 ... oops, forgot to disable searching GAM files. For some reason, those take absolutely forever. And throw a bazillion errors, too...

Bhaalspawn abilities are granted to newly created characters based on ABSTART.2DA. The trick, which I don't know, is how to tell the game which campaigns use that and which don't. EET changes campaign selection, and that seems to be breaking this.
