(BG1) Nonsensical stealable quest items?

Not sure this is something that needs fixing, but the spider body of the huge spider in Landrin's house can be pickpocketed from the spider. Which is... even worse than stealing someone pants in "The Gamers".

SPIDLAND.cre, item is MISC60.itm, in AR3315.are.

I did a pacifist run up to the point that I was forced to kill an enemy (Mulahey). That character had over 20K XP, largely from resolving quests through charm/pickpocket tricks rather than killing targets. Though this was the only plot token I ran into that really should have been unpickable.
