[SCS35] More misc bugs, identification of text that needs to be updated.

Hello. I have some bugs and text errors to report:

1.In the component relating to revised death effects, petrified is misspelled as petriied (when installing). 
2. when playing as sorcerer I can pick between 2 lvl 9 "Monster Summoning VII", except they each have a different icon and one of them summons boneguards and the other seems to be the true Monster Summoning VII.
3. I got waylaid by enemies in amkethran that are suppsoed to run away because im high level, but they just stand there with inactive ai. 
4. Combust gives an eternal combust animation after it has worn off. Animation does not go away after resting
5.  the pepple to boulder spell gives me a magical weapon but there is no icon for it and it cant be thrown. Cant equip any weapons after this to remove it as its a magical weapon.
6. The new larlochs drain doesnt give hp over the maximum, contrary to its text.
7. The new telekinesis spell has no animation. 
8. Acid storm causes a permanent acid arrow status effect on the character portrait after the spell is over. Went away after doing ctrl+r.
9. The text for iron body got updated, but the spell did not. It still gives the old resistances and does not allow for spell casting.
10. Jaheira is getting access to fighter and thief hlas instead of fighter and druid hlas.
11. The text for the lvl 7 cleric spell symbol: pain says it gives a saving throw, but in the spell info it says saving throw: none.
12. In thorn sprays spell info it says saving throw:none, but it allows a saving throw for half im pretty sure.
13. Elemental swarm says it summons 4 elementals after a 9 cast time, but it actually summons 4 elementals instantly and then another elemental after a 9 casting time. This is probably intentional, but the spell description needs to reflect it.
14. Improved haste doesnt seem to work. When i cast the spell i get the following message from the console: CHARNAME: Unaffected by effects from Improved Haste
15. Polymorph self and shapechange doesnt have any icon when i go to the cast the spell(s).
16. Shapechange says it lasts for 1 ingame hour, but after resting for 8 hours i still have the transform, resting for another 8 hours removes it. It also goes away when traveling for more than 8 hours, but when traveling exactly 8 hours i retain the transformation. If the intended time is 8 in-game hours then the text needs to be updated (8 hours seems incredibly broken although fun).
17. The mindflayer transform says it gives 95%mr when right clicking on the spell. When right clicking it on the special abilities tab it says 90% mr, which is what it actually gives.

Some thoughts: the new lvl 9 spell stormbolt has a radius of 30feet. After testing the spell, 30 feet seems like its underpowered, maybe 40-50 is better. Mindflayer and timestop combo was already devastating before, but now it is completely bonkers as you can extend your timestop with the new ability to cast while transformed. I havent done a full playthrough yet, but i hope to see enemy mages use the new transforms, although i definetly dont want every mage to be using transformations like they do timestops as it is super strong and annoying to deal with.

Thanks for this very helpful list.

On the bugs ('Fixed' means it's fixed locally and will be in 35.1):

1. Fixed.
2. Fixed. ('Create Boneguard' wasn't being made correctly.)
3. do you mean Amkethran, or Athkatla?
4. Fixed.
5. Can't reproduce this, but I think that's because it was fixed by the fix to Veridon's Icy ray.
6. hopefully fixed (at any rate drain now works the same way the unmodded spell works)
7. It's not supposed to have an animation (rightly or wrongly).
8. Fixed.
9. Fixed. (I hadn't noticed that IWDification has made changes to Iron Body that broke my earlier version of this tweak).
10. Fixed.
11. Fixed.
12. Fixed.
13. It's unintentional (the description is correct, the code was erroneously editing global effects rather than header effects). Fixed now.
14. Fixed; see above for a hotfix.
15. Fixed. (Library bug.)
16. Fixed. (I'd set the duration to 3600 seconds rather than 360 seconds.)
17. Fixed. (yes, 90% was correct.)

On the suggestions:

- point taken about Stormbolts but I'll wait for a bit more feedback before tweaking

- I basically don't bother to allow for attacking within Timestop: it's way overpowered and has no straightforward counter. (If I knew a convenient way to do it I'd add a spell tweak to block it.)

- At the moment I'm not getting enemy mages to use Polymorph/Shapechange; it's on my list for v36.

My solution is to give everything that is time-stopped 100% resistances to everything.  This is in line with the 3.5e version of Time Stop which states that everything stopped in time is "harder than diamond".  Not foolproof, but it does the job nicely for my purposes.

Not bad, although that would nullify instantly hitting spells. I guess it makes sense if they're harder than diamond..

On a side note, Time Stop is pretty broken and buggy generally speaking... Its duration is always imprecise for one, and also the duration of other effects keep counting down, which I don't think makes sense.

Unfortunately this is hardcoded pretty deeply into the engine.
