CamDawg
Alpha 5 is out: Windows version OS X version I'm leaving on Friday morning for a two week vacation in Japan (returning June 4). I wanted to get one last version out before leaving, but with enough time for devSin's traditional "here's everything you did wrong" thread. Link to comment
TinyMage
*** ERROR *** [sETUP-~1.TP2] not found. Whats this mean? I am using a fresh install of bg2 + tob with the latest bioware patch and bonus merchants. Operating system windows 98. Link to comment
Idobek
It means that for some reason the archive has truncated the filename of the exe on extraction. Rename "Setup-~1.exe" "Setup-BG2Fixpack.exe" and try to run that. Link to comment

Rename "Setup-~1.exe" "Setup-BG2Fixpack.exe" and try to run that. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well its a bit confusing, but what I did was go to my baldurs gate directory and run Setup-bg2fixpack.exe. That worked fine. Link to comment
Idobek
Oh, okay. Cam: I think we might need to wrap filenames in quotes in the batch file. Link to comment
Diana
I've had the exact same problem with the Setup .exe file as TinyMage reported but renamed the file to get it to work properly. Link to comment

Diana
Running FixPack Alpha 5 under Windows 98SE with all current Microsoft upgrades. At first I thought it might be related to some new tweaks added by a WEIDU update (which I try to keep current). I had the same problem with the previous release but thought it was a Weidu issue and since I know how to rename files it was no big deal. Link to comment
