Would it be possible to make a Cleric of Clangeddin for Yeslick in Tutu, or would that be more in the realm of NPC Kitpack?

If I am not mistaken what custom NPC kits we have are applied by TUTU Tweaks.

Divine Remix can apply the Tempus kit to Branwen in Tutu, whichisn't mirrored in the Tweak Pack. It's possible a kit for Yeslick could be made but most of the DR modders are off doing other things at the moment.

I think NPC kitting is better suited for DR than Tweaks.

Well, the NPCs are not just divine casters... Was not there some talk about it some time back, like dividing them between So&S, inserting it into TUTU proper, Tweaks, etc? Or am I having a dejavu?

For me, it's really based on the source of the kit. If it was kitting a character with a Bioware kit, I'd say Tweaks (if it's not in the Tutu core already). However, to kit Yeslick with Tweaks would mean we'd need to also include the kit itself. Same deal with Viccy--we'd need to include Nightcloak kitting (and its subsequent files) to pull this off in Tweaks.
