I did it without batch mod.
Also, you must try from a clean fresh install BGEE SoD. If there is some left overs from previous mods installs attempts, they can mess up.
-
I currently try ToF on a Steam BGEE + SoD.
DLC Merger is mandatory before installing any mods on a Steam BGEE + SoD.
I then installed Lefreut UI 4.8, then ToF and last SCS. I didn't receive any warnings.
Clerical deities requires to have install IWD spells component and new divine spells component.
-
I was also wondering if it is a feat for each three class levels, or for each three character levels?
IE, should Jaheira receives one or two feats when leveling up to a fighter 2 / druid 2?
Another thing with Lefreut UI 4.8, at level 5 I can again put a point in dash, even if already choosen at level 2.
-
I remember having a component for paladin to be like IWD and ranger having IWD spells progression, but I'm wondering if bards are also offered IWD spells progression?
If not, could you please add it on a future version?

Congrats ! I will remember to try your mods when reaching BG2EE.

I aspire to compatibility with LeUI, but it's a work in progress. I make no promises at present as to EEEx!
Understand totally

Hi, you could also check Return to Brynnlaw (a chapter 6 follow up of the events in Spellhold), Balduran's Sea Tower (main quest is tied to Sarevok's doppelganger), and Skie Cost of girl soul if you have SoD (allow to resolve some things in BG2 from the SoD story).

Thank you, I will try the fix.

And an alternate approach to ToB seems like it could potentially offer a chance to offer non-evil Charnames a path towards Lunia that's otherwise only accessed via Dorn's quest - imagine the righteous powers that be wanting to put Charname on trial, having the chance to try and prove yourself (or not).
Though what that would entail, I'm not sure. Charname building an army of their own? Really, anything's more interesting than being dragged along by Melissan, but that's a low, low bar.
I really like your first idea, would be a nice addon mod to ToB.
As for the second, I thought sometimes ago about a mod in which strongholds would have a more important role, notably in ToB, in order to have a small army in order to oppose the Five and save some civils from their destruction.

Question: Adrian (Sorcerer) has a memorize spells icon in the menu for innates. What is it for? USing it does nothing.
It allows you to memorize spells after having modify spells known by Adrian if you used the book to customize him, so that you don't need to rest.
It can be useful if you change his class to mage or cleric for instance.

Congrats !

Hi, yes this mod is amazing indeed.
I'm not sure I understand what you suggest, you can already assign extra proficiency points at character creation depending of your class (warriors or swashbuckler) or your race (human have a free extra proficiency point).
You gain extra proficiency points at various levels, depending of class : each three levels for warriors, each four levels for rogues and priests, and each five or six levels for wizards.

I've been playing for 20 years, and I've never seen readme-scs.html. I always opened only readme-stratagems. It's the first time I read about two different readmes for one mod
It's probably a legacy of the time when there was a BGEE SCS and a BG2EE SCS separate mods.

People install SCS and do not know exactly what will be changed
If only when launching the install it would first suggest to open the readme before proceeding... Oh, wait...

It is mentioned in readme-scs.html, but the readme called upon installation is readme-stratagems.html which does not seem to contain this any longer.
Indeed, I'm too used to read all the docs before launching the setup.

It seems this issue is part of a larger incompatibility issue between EEex 0.10, Lefreut UI 4.8 and ToF beta 7.
If I launch the game with the baldur.exe instead of InfinityLoader, there is no issue.

The Winter Wolf Pelts change is indeed undocumented
No, it is documented in the readme-scs file in the doc directory with a workaround for those who don't like it.

• Not documented;
It is actually, in the readme-scs file in the doc directory :
"Correct various errors on race, class etc.
The full list of corrections is:
24 - The amnesia of the Nashkel merchant is corrected: he doesn't now comment on a winter wolf having been seen more than once. (If you can't stand this subcomponent, use the console and enter CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("DMWWNashkelPelt","GLOBAL",2) )"

1 - Chromatic Orb seems to do no damage on save success at level 11[Fixed as of Beta 4]I just encountered this bug on BGEE with Beta 7 with the tweaked Chromatic Orb.
Looking at SPWI18 with Near Infinity, all 6 levels of the spell are affected wih no damage if the save is successful.

From readme and description, the song should gives at level 1 to 4 : +1 to hit and damage, +1 bonus to AC.
It actually gives : +2 to hit and damage, +2 bonus to crushing AC only.
Also the level 5 to 9 song gives +2 to hit instead of +1 as the description states.
I fixed it with near Infinity by editing spcl542a.

You can still buy scrolls at Thalantyr as a work around.

It works fine on my BGEE install.

@Trouveur80 Went and reread through the whole thing and I'm suprised I missed that honestly.
My bad
There is so much content, hard to see the whole of it. ^^
I noticed it when encountering a small glitch with Branwen spellbook.

I mean for example, Jaheira should have one point in shield style, but doesn't.
Remember I was talking about BGEE, not BG2EE. ^^
In BGEE she have one point in all the weapons she can use, and her single extra point went to club, so she's fine there.
Does ToF modify bard spells progression like IWD?

That's great thank you.
It's mainly a high level thing, in IWD bards can cast up to level 8 spells, compared to level 6 spells in BG2EE.
