Dynaheir romance won't start, please help!

Hi, I've romanced Gavin, Xan and Ajantis, but this time decided to play as a male paladin (rep is now 16) and even though I've had Dyna for quite some time now her romance won't start. I'm at my wits end and don't want to go further and lose any LT's. Here's my Weidu, please help!

Dunno, do you have the INT and WIS requirements (10 I think)? Might want to give more info on where you're at (i.e. you've rescued her, and then what?) and if that fails, maybe a saved game.

I have more than the required stats and did all the areas around the bottom of the map and just finished bandit camp.

 

I have decided to try to reinstall the mod and see what happens. Thank you for responding. I'll report in later and let you know if a reinstall did the trick. Weird, the log says it is installed but when I was doing a search and someone had a similar problem with another romance somewhere they did a reinstall and said that did the trick. (?) I'll give it a go...

Okay, a reinstall did the trick. I don't know why. The only thing weird is that also her journal quest never triggered. Unless that is only tied to the romance. Anyway, I can keep on playing but I still wonder why I had to reinstall what was already installed. Thanks for the response, Miloch; I was despairing of ever getting one. Thanks!

I think the journal quest is separate from the romance, but you'll probably need to use a save from before you first visited the area if you reinstalled it, to make sure it triggers.

Definitely - journal quest for Dynaheir/Drizzt is a part of the regular stuff, not tied to the romance. I am not sure why any of this would fail, or be fixed on a reinstall with the same savegame - there is one part after discovering Bhaalspawn status that puts everything on hold, that sometimes looks like the romance has stopped, but this sounds completely different.

 

(In short - no idea why it required a reinstall, or why the reinstall worked to fix it...)
