Anomaly Posted December 27, 2010 Share Posted December 27, 2010 I tried to install the new Widescreen v3.01 Linux on two versions of the game : - my original version of Icewind Dale II with the 2.01 patch on top - the version I bought on GoG.com It fails both with the same error message : ERROR: [ston10t.mos] -> [override] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("EXTEND_MOS can't shrink")) When I try the v2.31 I kept (fortunately), the mod installs without any problems. The resolution I'm trying to set is 1366x768. Link to comment

And the 1366x768 is bigger than both... Anomaly, just in the future, you should open the setup-*modname*.debug with Notepad or what ever text editor you have and copy the whole text... not just a line from point ZZZ. Link to comment
