When I defeat the doppelgangers in the ducal palace and Sarevok teleports away, Duke Jannath asks me about Imoen's training, who is not even here, and I cannot proceed with the game

 

EDIT: Managed to get around it using SetGlobal("SarevokBehavior","GLOBAL",1) which caused Duke Belt to teleport me to the maze instead, still a weird bug

Just killed Irenicus and a few things went wrong, not sure how many of these are due to mod incompatibilities or my load order...

The Jon in Hell movie played twice, once between part of the queen's dialog, and once after.  The second time the game automatically move into ToB.  This may not be this mod, but it could be.  I did, however, get the new, usable, amulet from the queen.

However, using the amulet hangs the game.  A little investigation should that #L_Cut10.bcs was never compiled.  The baf source file is there, but neither main_bg2.tpa nor main_eet.tpa actually compiled it into a bcs.

EDIT: I installed Transitions by itself and took a look at the dialogs and scripts for the end-of-SoA scenes.

 

If I'm tracking things right, the queen's dialog is still launching cut100a.bcs or cut100b.bcs - these scripts play the jon in hell movie and then the start of ToB movie, then does a MoveToExpansion() command.  I assume that starts of the ToB game.

But they won't leave unless you say they can.

EDIT: In v2 - the option for them to leave won't be there, though the dialogue (for in-character reasons) will still say they'd like to.  But the option to let them go will be gone.

This is true if they are in the party, but if they are outside the party attempting to speak to them causes them to leave forever with no alternative response

You're so right.  That's true in v1.  I've already removed it for v2. I realized it was troublesome.
