can foot circles ever block a projectile/missile?

Why would it ? It's not an area of effect thing. Unlike a mod makes it to be.

Foot circle size, no.  Personal space, yes (depending on the flags set in the projectile).  But small glitches have been known to happen in conjunction with search paths, personal space, and bumping people out of the way.

Yeah? You might see where I'm going with this. Lemme look at iesdp file formats and see if I can ask an intelligent question.
