  1. Yes, after FnP Multiclass. See attached.

    I split the main component out as you can see.

    I can't remember (didn't add a note) why I had it that late, but I think it was split out on @subtledoctor's list and EE Install Tool also does it that way, not had many issues with it.

    You seem to have done the same.

    Remember all of my multi-mod installs so far have been BG2EE only. You may get more useful info out of me later today when my EET attempt falls apart!

  2. Hi all,

     

    I've been working on a multi-mod install order guide and come across Jimfix in many suggested orders.

    I started working through SCS and Ascension changelogs to see whether any of the fixes in Jimfix (https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/66358/mod-jimfix-ascension-scs-fixes-general-tweaks) are still necessary and figured it was probably worth asking here as some of you may just know (sorry for my laziness).

    I recognise that the notification tweaks won't be and some compenents look more suited to SR fixes, but can we rule out those that target SCS+Ascension at least.

    I had exactly these issues with one of my installs, will check what was in it shortly but I want to say it was one where I tried EEex.

  4. I haven't had any problems yet with normal kits or spells from any unearthed arcana mods that had install errors.

    I have a couple of issues with multiclass bards losing their spontaneous spellcasting and some oddities with tome and blood familiars. I need to investigate and report them.

    I also have some general bugs that I cannot yet attribute to anything specific, the worst being unplayably bugged movement after the Hexxat drains Clara cutscene. It recurs every install (I am now racing to it to check early once I start). This is what I'm going to investigate tonight.

    Everything else works well on my current list.

    I will confess, reading through your list and researching some BG mods is making me think hard about an EET setup! I didn't love BG but have only played it unmodded and pre-EE.

    I read comments from DavidW about expected SCS install times and chuckle.

    I think mine was a little over that, for just BG2EE. You got a sick gaming rig? Do we think cpu speed makes much difference to install times?

    I may buy a new rig for BG3 as none of mine will get close to running it, guess I can test the difference then!

    Not yet. What are you trying to get from EEex, the only thing I want that it enables is Bubb's Spell Menu Extended, which I can live without for the grief EEex currently causes me. Otherwise stable install lists mysteriously fail when it is installed.

  7. I get errors from rr:7:Additional equipment for Thieves and Bards due to misc75.itm and MISC2P.itm having no effects altered. I suspect these are fine because:

    Misc75.itm is the Dagger of Venoms which had issues but is fixed in EE and should be non-cumulative in RR now.

    Misc2p.itm is Greagan's Harp which had incorrect usability but is fixed in EE and RR tries to fix again.

     

    Are yours the same?

     

    Also, all my issues with Wheels of Prophecy and ARP involve EEex. As soon as I remove it, they both install fine with anything.
