    This is not true. You have very wrong and outdated information. This mod:
    1) Includes not only the NPC, but also the new and ladensely populated Athkatla's district, Water Gardens, new quests and adventures that are available for any party, opportunity to participate in the auction, buy apartment, meet Volo and Elminster and help them complete small quests, and much more other.  The "Faldorn" component also adds the possibility of an "evil" solution to the Trademeet problem on the side of the druids.

    2) Includes a lot of very well written and detailed NPCs. For example, Shar-Teel has almost 2000 lines of text and banters with almost every possible NPCs. This is a full-fledged and bright character, including the ToB part and the epilogue. The same can be said about Xzar. Tiax also has more than 1000 lines, while Tiax from this mod, in my opinion and the opinion of some other players, is made no worse (perhaps even better) than in a separate mod for this NPC, since here his texts are funnier, and the ending kinder. 
    Many NPCs have their own quests (Garrick even has two, one of which is large)
    In addition, the Garrick-Nalia romance, Coran-Safana romance, the friendship between of Tiax and Neera, parody romance with Montaron, and much more are available here.
    At the same time, some NPCs available here have no alternative (Shar-Teel, Garrick, Xzar, Kagain, etc.)
    There is also a new NPC - kobold Deekin from NWN.
    Some NPCs (for example, Ajantis or Quayle) really have fewer texts here than in separate mods for these NPCs, but at the same time they have a different character here and these versions may be of interest to those players who see the history of these characters somewhat differently.

    3) The mod has changed a lot in recent years, expanded, it no longer has many bugs, all NPCs received epilogues and so on. In total, there are more than 2 megabytes of test in mod.
    4) The mod is very popular, I get a lot of feedback and suggestions on it regularly

  3. Hello! An interesting list, but I do not see many NPCs in it (as mentioned above - for example, Lava's NPCs), and also there are no NPCs from the "BG1 NPCs for SoA & ToB" mod (for example, Xzar, Montaron, Faldorn, Kagain, Сoran and Safana, Tiax, Ajantis, etc.)

    For example, Faldorn is available for the BG2 in two mods at once (a separate "Faldorn BG2EE" mod from Lava, as well as the "Faldorn: New Leaf" component in the "BG1 NPCs for SoA & ToB" mod)

  4. This is a simple task really. You have to view the goods in the Kagain's store, and talk to Kagain again and invite him to join again - after one or two times he will change his mind and agree to do it :)

    P.S. Hint: invite him to join when he says "Take a look at me goods, I've got the finest quality stuff on the Sword Coast."

    "BG1 NPC in BG2" mod

    This mod adds the majority of NPCs from BG1 into BG2 SoA&ToB. They have new banters and interjections and a few of them have encounters and quests as well. The mod is broken down into different components, allowing for easy mixing and matching with other mods that may also add NPCs from BG1.

    Additionally, you will be able to visit a new city area, the luxurious Water Gardens, where all the rich and famous of Athkatla go to unwind.

    The mod is compatible with BG2, BG2: EE, BGT and EET.

  7. Yes, the fight scene near the Order building will happen if you come there during the daytime. Therefore, there are no bugs in this quest, but perhaps you are right and I should give a hint about paladins in more detail in the dialogue.
    By the way, talking to the woman in the Temple of Lathander is not required to complete the quest, but it helps to better understand where to go next and what exactly happened.

    Yes, in the latest versions, the references to the imperial cipher have been replaced with a more accurate hint. You have this left due to using the old version.

    You are right, I forgot to update this file on Github:( Now it's fixed. I will make the next update a little later, but you can now download the master version or just delete this line in your tp2 file and install the mod.

    P.S. Unfortunately, due to fatigue, I am inattentive when updating and then I have to correct my own mistakes. I need a break from modding, but before that I'll make another HTaM update that will fix a bug where the guards in the bank don't always turn hostile when attacked. We are currently working on this fix.

  15. MOD UPDATED!!!
    This is the biggest update since release.
    Version 4.0.1 includes the following changes:

    • Due to numerous requests from players, the code for the game's dialogues has been redesigned. Now in those dialogs where the “first-person view” was used before (with a portrait of the protagonist), the dialog has been changed to the classic version (with a click on the response line)
    • Added the fifth component of the mod. There were situations in the game when only one of all the NPCs spoke, although the developers provided replicas for each. After installing this component, all NPCs in the party will speak. Tipun's function that unlocked all NPC texts after the protagonist's first transformation into an Slayer has also been moved here.
    • Added a mini-quest when visiting the bank, it can be obtained from the woman at the entrance
    • Added even more new NPC "interjections" to the game's dialogues
    • Added new answer options to those dialogues where they were not enough (with the Jackal, etc.)
    • Added reactions of several NPCs after defeating the black dragon Nizidramanii'yt in the Suldanessellar. The group will now respond to kills of the three main dragons - Firkraag, Thaxll'ssillyia and Nizidramanii'yt, as well as the lich Kangaxx
    • Added the ability to deceive Shahbaz and, after completing his quest, lie that the cache was not found, leaving all the money to himself
    • Added the ability to try to "talk" with the troll even longer and ask him a series of questions, despite the fact that the troll cannot speak. If the player does this, Jaheira, Edwin, Cernd and Tiax (both versions from both Smiling Imp and Kulyok) will react to what is happening
    • Fixed a bug due to which, if the player found MaeVar's stash, but deceived Renal and did not give it back (and if the deception was revealed at the same time), the loot bag did not disappear from the inventory (although Renal said in the dialogue that he would have to give it back)
    • The miniquest with milking a cow in the Slums is now available not only for Cernd, but also for Hubelpot (permission from the author of the Hubelpot mod, Bookwyrme, received)
    • Changed the process of fighting in alliance with collectors (component 2, Korgan quest branch). Owney's group will now become "green", which will give the player control over their actions (similar to party NPCs, but only for the duration of the fight). This helped to avoid a situation where the player could accidentally injure an ally and he would start attacking him in response.
    • Fixed several bugs in the code of dialogs and scripts
    • Improved texts (including reworking Jan's interjection into dialogue with the wounded Renfeld to make his story more funny)

    "HTaM" mod adds new quests, episodes and characters, several new areas, additional banters and interjections for NPCs from the main game and from some other mods.

    P.S. If someone else is not in the know, in recent years the mod has become fully EE and EET-compatible and has been updated and expanded (with the consent of the author) - a lot of texts have been added for Safana, Tiax, Garrick, Deekin etc. Added epilogues, new quests, the opportunity to participate in the auction in the Water Gardens area and buy rare items, and much more! The authors of the new texts are Austin, Alisia, Jericho2, Oracle, Ulpian, Scheele. Also Sarevok57 provided invaluable help in proofreading the English text.

    It's a good idea, thanks! :) It would be good to add at least a few reactions to what is happening. But this will require the consent of the authors of the Hubelpot mod, and they have not logged into the forums for a long time. As far as I know, Gwendolyne tried to contact them to get permission to add those texts that they had previously created (and are available on the SHS in the closed part of the forum), but are not in the mod. No answer has yet been received. Therefore, I think I’d better finish the other things that have already been started.

    Hello! To translate a mod, you need to translate the text in the tra files (they are available in the English directory). You need to translate the text inside the characters "~"
    If this causes difficulties, I can send you an archive with tra-files.

Yes, that's right - the problem only concerns the lines from the "ANbrinnl.tra" file (it just had the wrong name due to a typo, because of this, the lines from it did not appear in the game and were replaced with incorrect ones). You can open it in the mod folder and see these lines - there are not many of them and they only concern dialogues with three NPCs.

    And you're right - the mod adds a lot of interjections (especially in the first chapters of the game), and we tried to make all the NPC's texts as similar as possible to the style of their speech in the original game. Apparently, we succeeded)
