I have encountered a bug when I return Mae'Var's letter to Renal, if I choose the second dialogue option first, I wouldn't not be able to talk to him again (click him but no dialogue), and the quest couldn't be continued. Luckily, if I click the first dialogue option, everything still proceed normally. I'm not sure whether this is caused by which MOD.... === Loaded my save game with a fresh installation and found that the second option is actually not vanilla, not sure it is from which MOD though.

Not sure how to report to the authors of All Things Mazzy now, as I think could be related to this MOD: Cannot talk and let Mazzy join back after she was imprisoned by Kangaax and freed with a freedoms spell. Ctrl+Q may add her back, but if I kick her, the same problem will happen (cannot join back)... Anyway, it is not something cannot be solved with a reload + Protection from Undead scroll....
  3. BG1 NPC in SOA/TOB This MOD will skip certain components if you install the standalone version of certain NPCs from different authors. In my game, I installed Skie MOD from Lava, hence Skie component has been skipped. However, I notice that the starting dialogue of Yeslick has inconsistency because he will mention something about Skie, which is like Skie never die (I know this MOD is written before SOD is available). So probably have to skip this component if you install Skie MOD from Lava or will play SOD.
  4. --- Elaborate a bit as some one asked me. Clara's kit can be changed anytime during the game play, the author made an option to choose the kit whenever you kick her and let her joins back. She joins as a level 3 thief and won't catch up with the experience of your PC such as the vanilla NPCs. She is still very weak and has no experience in adventuring, so her low level is for story reason.   5. 4) There is a MOD with joinable Clara now. She has quests, interjections, banters etc. I started to like her characterization in my current playthrough. She joins at level 3 and can choose any thief kit. 5) There is a very well written Xan BG2 mod. Finished a play-through with him this year and it is very good. As for Garrick, there is one MOD let him join in BG2 but I haven't seen him yet (I got this MOD in my current game).
  6. Encountered a bug for a quest. Gorf will fall unconscious during the fight in the pit, but the fight won't end. It will only end after I kill Gorf with console.

  8. @jastey Hi Jastey, may I ask for you advice, if i add endless bg1 to this list, may I know when should I install it? I remember i saw something from somewhere saying that this mod need to be installed earlier in the order now...not sure whether it should be the first of quest mod. Asking this to help some friends to setup their list.

  11. Is there any console to look for the stage of the bad decision counter? I feel like I have triggered something looks like final warning, but I still haven't do Anomen's quest. It is the only bad decision I will make, but I saw the reaction documentation mentioned he will turn hostile if pc makes more than 5 bad decision, and if rep falls below 10. He warned PC repeatedly for low rep as I took quite long to make it from 8 to 10.
  12. I don't have a save close to there at the moment but I can test it later. Anyway, I think Ajantis gave me something sound like final warning...probably because he warned me too many times on bad reputation. Started to regret to install a mod to slow down the reputation gained

  15. @jastey Just to comfirm, my understanding is, if Anomen fails his quest, Anomen will comment he won't leave? Asking this because Anomen has to fail his quest to trigger romance with Clara in another MOD. --- Does this apply to engaged path?

  17. @jastey Some questions for Ajantis BG2: 1) My reputation is 8 now because of the evil npc who joined the party. Will there be any problem if I choose the betrothed path and the reputation is too low (temporarily) when he joins? I remember his romance is affected by reputation in bg1. If there is problem, probably I should gain some reputation points first before getting him back. 2) Can I remove him from the group occasionally (when doing mod quest without crossmod) without affecting the love talks? I remember some romance will stop if you kick them out from the party (like Jaheira or certain mod npc).
  18. Started BG2 and the Anomen repeated dialogues and turned hostile (because Sir Beverus turned hostile) issues at Windspear hill still happened. Anyway, reloading the quicksave that I made immediately after the battle seems avoided the issues- Anomen spoke once only, and nobody turns hostile before being teleported to the cabin. Probably is random, or just depends on how fast the teleport happens. There is definitely a incompatibility that caused this but it is not a problem now since I can avoid it (if Sir Beverus will not appear later).
  19. Finished my BG1 playthrough (not playing SOD this time) with the following list without issues. EEEx and Spell Menu were added midgame and it worked well. === I love everything I installed this time, from UI to tweak / AI/ Scripts etc. This is the best BG1 experience I have so far. Million thanks to the modders

Yes, I noticed that, it is good enough for them to comment on some quests, if someone takes 5 vanilla npcs, the amount of interjection that we can see from all of the 36 quests should be really a lot. It is just I suddenly realize that Viconia didn't say anything, probably because I have forgotten , or maybe it is because of the dialogue options I picked.
  21. Updated to review for sotsc to mention there is interjection from NPC. Anyway, I think I didn't see interjections from Viconia , only from Ajantis (I bring two vanilla npc only this time).

The main excitement I got from this MOD is when I suddenly noticed there is a cave entrance or weird "crack" (but look natural) somewhere that "I remember there was nothing like this here last time" and I discovered something fun after entering it with a lot of "wow!" or "cool!" in my mind. The surprise in the Ormyrrs' Peak is also probably one of the most unforgettable thing in my modded BG series playthrough. I also didn't refer to the readme of the questpack mods I used this time, because if I miss out anything, just leave it as new surprise for next time Anyway, are you going to add more content for SOTSC in the future? Just noticed it is still stated as "In-progress projects".

I probably finished all Quest MODs review for my BG1, it is time to board the "one-way from Iron Throne Building to Sarevok final battle" train and proceed to BG2....looking at the long list of Quest Mods installed for BG2...started to cringe... Anyway, reviews for NPC from BG1 will take some more time...
  24. Still can't decide on whether I should install something midgame and continue the adventure in SOD. As the third playthrough in these 2 years, I feel like need to add more things to have to motivation to play SOD. Unfortunately I didn't use any bg1 npc mod with sod content in current playthrough (such as aura, sirene) and I can't remember any standalone npc mod for sod. It also seems like no quest mod for sod at the moment. The reason I'm considering this is probably because I'm gonna play Lava's Skie mod in bg2, so probably may feel weird if my charname never experience the story in sod..(rp reason) Now I see why some will install mod that they may not use in current playthrough, its good to have alternative in the game if you change your mind midgame.
