  1. Yes, Ajantis is persistent about that. There is the idea that the marriage could at least be in a temple of Lathander, although by a priest of Helm, but I haven't found the motivation and time to code that in. Thank you for answering questions, btw. And I really wished I knew what makes those lines appear - that's really funny.
  2. Thank you for playing the mod! I hope you enjoy it. Most of your questions are answered (well, at least should be - let me know if they aren't) in the readme and the romance guide. Both are in the folder "documentation" of the mod folder. Also, there should be diary entries for the main events. The marriage is ready if the PC picked a wedding ring and Ajantis sais the rings are ready. The ring Ajantis gave the PC in his decision talk is the engagement ring. Two days after the wedding ring is chosen and Ajantis and the PC talked about the marriage the priest will be available in the temple of Helm (there are two in Atkatla- the PC can pick which one.)
  3. In the hall where the mage is, there is the entrance to the library. Search along the walls, you should get the "door" cursor.
  4. That messenger will appear only after the Underdark, in chapter 6. I see I forgot to mention this condition in the romance guide, sorry! Does this solve your problem?
  5. Thank you for chosing the Ajantis mod, I hope you'll enjoy it! The priest / monk of Oghma in the docks District can give some advice on how to use the globe. If that doesn't help:
  6. I didn't code this for a DisplayStringHead, neither as a remark that stands alone at all. Could it be the string references in your installed Ajantis cre are somehow mixed up? I had it once in a BGT game that there were random lines attached to strings that are not assigned to upon install, and were also empty in the mod cre file. I have no idea how this happens, unfortunately. I could imagine if I see the Ajantis that is stored in your save game I could erase these strings. Maybe the easy thing first: If you tell him his voice sounds strange, does he then stop saying this?
  7. The Anomen romance goes on after his knighting, but will stop for a married PC before the first real romantic LT. Anomen will pursue further for a non-married PC, though. After the marriage, the Anomen romance will also go on until after the knighting. As Ankhesenpaaten said, this should be addressed in the readme.
  8. Cool! Thank you! To the wedding rings at the goldsmith: They are samples only, not to be sold. The wedding couple choses one, then a new one will be forged. As Ankhesenpaaten said, Ajantis will take care of that if the PC tells him his wish.
  9. Ah, you are right! I think I planned on taking out the interjection when writing the dialogue. Actually, first the dialogue happened in front of Adalon, which was kind of silly, so I made an extra dialogue out of it. Yes, it's illogic, I will rethink it. Thank you!
  10. Hm, not really, I am afraid. It is too large for mailing, at least for my account. Sorry! Hopefully you'll be able to connect soon. Ankhesenpaaten: I am confused: Did you encounter the wrong Douglas in your current game or not?
  11. Shouldn't be: Interjecting, he should say @661 = ~Was? Warum all diese Geheimnistuerei? Lasst uns zusammen gegen sie vorgehen! Wenn wir zusammenarbeiten, können wir die Drow vernichten!~ Different text, no typo. Thank you for the other typo reporting, fixed locally. Sir Beverus - ah well, I guess he forgot his glasses. Problem is, that this is the automatic engine recognision whether the person talked to is male or female (in the tras for languages that distinguish between genders there is two lines, first male, then female). It seems I didn't understand how that works, obviously, as it does not chose the line according to the PC's gender, but to the one currently talked to. I will try to rephrase these lines as they are spotted so that it really refers to the PC. It's not really a bug but wrong, I agree. Thank you for reporting! Guest Hopelessly Lost: Sorry for the late reply. Ankhesenpaaten gave the hint.
  12. Ajantis's MORALEBREAK stat is set to 2 (like Minsc's), so I hope he will be compatible with Amber's Player2 romance? Ajantis Forum
  13. Name: Ajantis SoA Script: c#ajan ToB Script: c#ajan25 (in work) Romance is serious number: 2 Romance kill number: 3 For female?: 1 For male?: 0 Can kill other romances?: 1 Can be killed by other romances?: 1 Romance Variable: C#AjantisRomanceActive Thank you!
  14. Which version did you play? Because this should be fixed in 0.2.19.
  15. In case you encounter the line again or can reproduce it, let me know! Which version did you play the new beginnings romance with? Did you have the wrong Douglas encounter after the Underdark? (Sorry if you wrote this already somewhere, here is still hope this bug is fixed..)
  16. Thank you for the kind words! Ankhesenpaaten: was it: @152 = ~I am sure you will do the right thing, Lady <CHARNAME>. There is no way such a wonderful person could ever be wrong (ahem).~ That is supposed to be a flirt.
  17. Thank you for the kind words and the report! The recognition of killing Firkraag should be separated from saving Garren's child. I will have a look agan. Do you might have a save game still, from before you speak to the prelate? The "his" is corrected. Thank you!
  18. All I can offer right now is an update: Version is being updated to beta 0.2.19. -various bugfixes -German version editings -all guides and readmes are now in a folder called "documentation" -Thieving for Mae'Var from a temple can now solved differently. Just go and talk to the relevant highest priest/ess -the spell Detect Invisibility now has an actual effect if thrown at the right place to find the invisible quest item. -new portrait choice from Senka: Have a look at the portrait here. I haven't forgotten about the other suggestions: rearranging the installer, morning after dialogues and reactions to the Zcar quest will be addressed in a later version.
  19. Right now, both romances should run simultaneously, yes. As far as I know, Edwin is not included in the CBP, so unless the mod gets updated it will stay so.
  20. Thank you, Leomar. Also, Ajantis and Edwin romances should play both, since Ajantis mod doesn't check for any other romances (will be covered by Crossmod Banter Pack once I applied for it), and Ajantis is too new to be included in the Edwin romance, I guess.
  21. Ankhesenpaaten: I am glad I could make you laugh, that's a good thing, I think. I heard that some version of the Edwin romance overwrites Edwin's script file, so order of installation is important. All Ajantis mod does to Edwin is add some banters, nothing else, so I wouldn't know it's the culprit for your problems. Eleima, Ankhesenpaaten: Thank you for reporting this, it was a mixed "or" that allowed the dialogue to fire during day no matter where. Fixed locally.
  22. What Domi said. And, in a former version, Ajantis was speaking up in front of Adalon, having a great monolog.. which didn't fit to game flow. At all. So now he is more complaining about it to the PC, which also fits, I think. She is a Silver Lady, after all.
  23. Fanatic, in a way, yes. I understood paladins in (A)D&D to be like that: Always march in through the front door, never sneak in from behind, even if it means it gets the paladin killed. Go the straight and honorable way, only.BGII is wrong for this in so many places already, the thief quests, to be forced to side with the thieves, etc. So, yes of course he wants to help her, and he knows that going the straight way into the Drow city would get them all killed, probably. But still it is against his believes to play a false game, even if it's for good. So that is why he cannot keep quiet in front of her, although he doesn't dare to directly confront her.
  24. Ankhesenpaaten: Why didn't you get the choice? Did you start with a save game in the Dungeon? If you started a new game, the choice should have been there, or your PC doesn't fulfill the romance criteria? If you install into a running game, there should be Squire Roman in the Order, in the Prelate's office. Walk straight in and talk to him before talking to anybody else, and you can trigger the romance path. Glad you enjoy it, btw. Senka: I don't figure Ajantis as the stay silent type. Especially not after he just suffered from a Wyrm's illusion.
