  1. I really would like to try Bubb's Spell Menu. Also I think Epic Thieving requires EEex. If I need to choose I'll choose WoP and ARP, but maybe there is a solution how to fix it.
  2. @Blash2 I see BG2 Tweaks and Tricks got SoD and EET support: https://golem.bgforge.net/mods/tweaks-and-tricks Did you check if this consistency soundest component works now on EET?
  3. @4udr4n have you tried to move Wheels and this one ARP component move up before EEex? I really don't want to remove ARP, Wheels or EEex
  4. I'll post debug file in dedicated thread later today, but I remember the issue with Made in Heaven - Item Pack was something with missing iconv. I'll tag @Angel maybe he will be to find what's wrong until I'll post debug.
  5. I think I've had the same issue with RR. ARP installed mostly OK, just one component failed to install.
  6. @jastey sure, I'm away from my PC now, but I'll report all the issues on the evening.
  7. There was a message in PI during installation that it won't installl because it's not after EET_end.
  8. Sooo, I have tried test install of this list and... it didn't went well. I've done one stupid mistake lreventinf Reveal Hidden Options to install. Also it seems that SCS should be installed after EET_end and SCS's IWD spells didn't install using order suggestion from @subtledoctor (but maybe it's not wrong order issue). What worries me more is that bunch of mods were not installed due to some various errors. Notably: - The Wheels of Prophecy - Tome and Blood: (couple of components including multiclass Sorcerer) - Faiths and Powers (some components) - Item Revisions Revised (some components) - Made in Heaven - Item Pack (whole mod) - SoD to BG2 Item Restoratiom - Rogue Rebalancing (Additional Thief and Bard items) - Almateria's Restoration Project (one component forgot the name, Restored something) These are the ones I remember from the top of my head. Also some mods installed with errors, not sure if those error are harmless or not. Anyway, I'll be away from my PC until evening, but then I'll start reporting those install error in specific mod threads. This will be a long journey.... and not talking about playing.
  9. Just tried testing installation with my EET Install list and it seems SCS won't install at all if put before EET_end component. Main component didn't install and the rest were skipped.
  10. Install order update: - removed 2110: Treat all Innate Abilities as Non-Magical (Unaffected by Wild/Dead Magic and Silence) from Klatu Tweaks and Fixes as per suggestion from Faiths & Powers ReadMe. - removed 7230: Tougher chapter-five end battle from SSC as per suggestions from @subtledoctor @Lightbringer and @Angel (thanks guys!)
  11. @Angel thanks for chiming in, really appreciated. I watched couple of youtube videos of Improved Sarevok fight and I'm convinced I won't install it. It's possible I won't install couple of more Improved encounters. I'm also glad to see that my selection of quest mods mostly matching the taste of most of this thread participants. That means that I've chosen the best out there
  12. @subtledoctor that explains everything, thank you very much fo such a detailed explanation. I'll stick with dragon disciple or go with fighter/sorcerer, still not decided. I want to preserve sorcerer element, that's for sure. And sorry for keeping asking so often, but since this could possibly be my only EET run I want to have perfect mod setup and perfect character as well.
  13. But can I multiclass basic sorcerer with let's say fighter kit? Or I can only multiclass basic sorcerer with other basic class? I'm asking because, while would *love* to take blue dragon disciple kit for flavor, I'm not sure if 50% electricity resistance, d6 hit die and the scales feature will make up for loosing one spell slot. I need spell slots, if I'm going to stick only for dragon disciple.
  14. That's a bummer, I hoped to multiclass dragon disciple kit from TnB with something else. In that case it would need to stay dd for the whole run. You sure shadowdancer cannot be multiclass? There is a component of Viconia Revamped mod that allows to multiclass Viconia with shadowdancer/cleric. Didn't tested it obviously, so I can't tell if it works as advertised.
  15. @subtledoctor does it mean that I should install this tweak after EET_end, so at the very last spot? Because if I would install it right before EET_end I would need to uninstall EET_end first, risking screwing up of my game, right?
  16. Oh, now I get it, after reading customisation part of SCS ReadMe. See, back in the day I saw a youtube video with the final fight with Sarevok and there was a guy names Diarmid, who I haven't recognised at all from that encounter. Now I see it was added by SCS's Improved Sarevok fight. Yeah, I'll definitely skip this one, because the fight on this video was brutal. Yeah, hard pass
  17. Will it work for EET? Is it stable? It seems beta(ish). I'm not comfortably enough using EE Keeper to risk screwing up something. I installed many kit mods specifically to be able to make this kind of specific combination. The question is can I multiclass two kits. Knowing @subtledoctor I wouldn't be surprise if this is possible.
  18. Viconia Revamped mod from my list has a component to turn Vicky to shadowdancer/cleric (this is my default install setting). What I would like to do is to change cleric part to Shadow adept from Shadow Magic mod. @subtledoctordoes any of mods/components I've chosen allow to multiclass two kits? Also the problem with Shadow Adept is that it is a mage kit and I don't see a cleric kit in Shadow Magic mod Worst cast scenario I'll leave default setting or (if possible) change default cleric to some cleric of Shar kit (probably from FnP) .
  19. @subtledoctor I've been pondering to cut some of Improved encounters from SCS too, and believe it or not, Sarevok's encounter was one of those encounters. Need to think about it more, but since you're saying that it's super hard I may pass on that. And I'm inclined to go with the middle ground of your suggestions and go for 25% reduction. As for IWD I find its locations and general ambience the best I have ever played in crpgs and I will definitely go back to it some day with IWD NPC and all the cool stuff for it. But I always wanted to do proper EET run and that's a priority on my plate But for IWD your mods are definitely a must! Anyway, another question. Can I multiclass updated dragon disciple from T&B with fighter kit from other mod? Because I will be playing a dragon disciple of blue draconic origin (spawn of canonical Morueme clan from the North) who I would like to mix with other fighter kit (maybe Wizard Slayer, or something different not sure yet). If this is possible, could you suggest some kit (it definitely can be from one of your mods) that would be fitting? Also is it possible to multiclass (with all selected mods) a shadowdancer with one of the shadow magic user kits from Shadow Magic? I would like this mix for Vicky. Since she's Shar disciple it would be fitting for her to use shadow magic.
  20. Oh boy, that's a lot of chew in, guys From the look of it my playstyle is a bit of a mix of yours. I don't mind using options, and in fact I'm looking forward to do it, because in vanilla there was absolutely no need to do it. On the other hand I don't like summons and Im with you @Lightbringer. Also I didn't really ever used sequencers and contingencies and frankly speaking, I really don't know how to use it efficiently. And I feel I will need to learn how to use them to survive. Also from what I see @subtledoctor is so accustomed to SCS playthroughs that basically now everything is like one level of difficulty lesser for him than it would be for him. Like, Tactical for him, would be Improved for me. I definitely don't think the game would be ever a cackewalk for me since I'm no tactitian at all. I learned Tactical fights on Pathfinder Kingmaker, but only after installing Turn base mod. Only after that the game forced me to use various spells, attacks and even to use potions. I feel SCS will force me to do the same, but beeing RTwP it will be much more difficult for me. I'm not sure how experience player you are, @Lightbringer, but I'm definitely less experience than you. And since you said, even overleveled by a level or two the game was still fun and challenging, I'm inclined to not reduce XP, but I need to po der about it more. But let's see in BGEE part I have NTotSC, The Stone of Askavar, Ascalon's Questpack, BGQE, Sirine's Call, UB and I think that's about it. Frankly speaking, I think only the first two would be a significant XP boost. I won't install DTotSC, which as I understand is a significant XP paradise, no Dark Horizons and all other OP stuff, so I think I should be more ore less on @Lightbringer's spot of 1-2 levels above vanilla. So I think I' m get home d with that, and SCS with be still a challenge. If not, I can always crank up difficulty level by one. @subtledoctor, so I can safely install this particular XP reducing tweak at the very end, right after EET_end, and then uninstall it after let's say SoD?
  21. @subtledoctor I've been thinking, is there an EET-compatible tweak that would reduce XP for killing monsters but only for BGEE portion? Or even better, that would allow different XP reduction % for each campaign? I think EET Tweaks component reduces XP for the whole trilogy? The thing is, I don't have any significant quest content for SoD planned, and in BG2EE I would love to feel like powerful badass. On the other hand I installed quite a few quest mods for BGEE portion, where as you suggested 50% reduction seems very reason able to nor be overleveled in SoD.
  22. Ok, now it's time to find some decent portrait pack for my Charname. I found Super Ultimate Portrait Pack for BG:EE, but it's an exe install, so I'm not sure how it would work. Did anyone try this portrait pack? Will it work? Any issues during instalation or in game? Also, do you know any good sound pack? I know Awesome Soundpack, but it's about that. Any more decent soundpacks?
  23. Good point. I'm not sure 50% or 25% will be good for me. I'm by no means such an experience player as you, and don’t want to end up under-leveled vs SCS enemies. Definitely don't want to reduce xp fo quests, but for enemies, sure, good call.
  24. Weimar's Item Upgrade entry is duplicated (second entry is just Item Upgrade)
  25. New addition: Northern Tales of the Sword Coast. I'm slowly getting to there. If you guys have any more suggestions regarding install order or new mod addition that would be great. I'll be probably go with installation during weekend. So there's still couple of days for adjustments.
