  1. Ok guys I have prepared and sorted an installation order using Project Infinity (put in below in spoiler tags). Tagging @subtledoctor @jastey @lefreut @argent77 @CamDawg @Lava @Artemius I @Angel. If you could chime in and take a look if I didn't screw this order up I would be immensely grateful. Even any suggestions regarding your own mods would be most appreciated.
  2. I was just being sarcastic. I also feel it's lame
  3. That's what you can hope for, but it's by no means certain. It might be fixed to work better with Sandrah Saga, that's for sure.
  4. Hmm, do you know which Refinements components exactly install new kits? Because I don't need Refinements kits. I have selected following components from Refinments: 101: Fighter HLAs 102: Barbarian HLAs 103: Ranger HLAs 104: Paladin HLAs 107: Monk HLAs 108: Wizard HLAs 109: Bard HLAs 110: Thief HLAs 40: Universal Lesser Mage Robes In case none of those components install new kits, I can then safely put Refinements after FnP Multiclass?
  5. That's great news! How does FnP apply kits to NPC's? Do I have a choice which kit add to a specific NPC? For example if I want to turn Viconia into a cleric of Selune, can I do it? Or she automatically get Cleric of Shar or other more appropriate kit?
  6. I think it would be wise to download all PPG mods from PPG github repo. I don't think dl links on the site will be updated any time soon.
  7. https://github.com/Pocket-Plane-Group/bg1ub/releases Here's the git repo. Current version is 16.2 Seems the one on PPG site is outdated.
  8. @ALien thanks, I was a bit confused since it loaded in PI along with all other SCS components.
  9. BGEE Patch 2.5.17 notes It seems to been fixed in v2.5.17 according to patch notes.
  10. @subtledoctor Can I install from Faiths and Powers Multiclass mod only component 99: Apply FnP multiclass kits to NPCs? I don't want to install multiclass clerics/druid/shaman for my PC, because I have already like ~170 kits installed, so if you said multiclass cleric component alone is way over 100 kits, it would be over 250 kit limit. BUT, I would love to multiclass cleric NPC's. So: - can I install component 99 without the others? - does component 99 count for 250 kit limit or only kits for PC matter?
  11. What is the purpose of component 1000: Automated conversion of strings? I cannot find it in SCS README. Is it mandatory to install?
  12. What is the current recommendation regarging install order of SCS and EET_end? I saw on @Ulb's list SCS after EET_end. How is this order working for you, @Ulb?
  13. General question: if NPC mod has crossmod content with other NPC mods, should I put those mods earlier in install order or the mod order does not matter in this case and crossmod content will fire up correctly? For example Sirene BG2 has crossmod content with Foundling and Pai'Na. Should I install those mods before Sirene?
  14. Since BG1 NPC Project Music Pack Readme mentions that it can be installed before or after BG1 NPC Project, I don't see an issue installing it on BGEE. I also didn't see any indication in code that it got native EET compatibility. As for your first question @Arthas, yes, you should install mods from the first list on BGEE, then install EET Core component, then mods from the second list, and finish with EET_end component from EET.
  15. Subtledoctor, I mean that Revisions and Randomizer can be used together, just Store Revisions already reshuffles items and Randomizer does it again. So what's the point to use Store Revisions if Randomizer would change item locations again? Anyway I think I read in Randomizer Readme that you should choose either Revision or Randomizer. As for Item Upgrade, how would it upgrade items? It will upgrade from IR item to something different (upgraded vanilla). It will be completely different item not *updated item*. For me it would be immersive breaking. But yeah, both mods can be installed together, sure. Please let us know about your Revisions/Randomizer/Upgrade experience, I'm really curious.
  16. Doc, I see you have installed Item Revisions along with Item Randomizer. And Item Upgrade on top of that. I thought both IR's are mutually exclusive and IU is not working well with Item Revisions (since it changes original items). Will it really work? I'm asking because I've had a hard time to decide between Item Revisions and Randomizer. Since I didn't play Revisions yet, I thought I'll choose it.
  17. Where is "Like" button when needed I'm keeping notes about everything you guys write here, that's why I hoped mod authors could chime in and help me out to sort this list. You know your mods perfectly well and can also advice which mods/component are not worth installing, which clashing with others etc.
  18. Another request: Artaport Artemius' House Rules The Artisan's Kitpack The Beaurin Legacy BGEENPC Tweaks for BGEE / SOD / BG2EE / EET Convenient Enhanced Edition NPCs
  19. Thank you jastey! I must have mixed Neera Banters with Neera Expansion, sorry
  20. Another one: The Cowled Menace - this mod requires EET. Actually I'm pretty excited to play this one. Twisted Rune is one of my favorite evil organizations in PnP FR setting. Neera Banters - EET-compatible since v0.9
  21. Thank you for suggestions @4udr4n! I'm a bit worried that I might take too many tweaks too. That's why I'm open to suggestions which tweak might clash with other tweaks. Regarding Transparent Sidebars, I wasn't sure if I'll like it, but since you say it's great I might be persuaded. Keep them coming, guys
  22. I have added components I plan to install for all mods from the list. Now, I'll start to actually ordering mods. Since you're all more experienced with this than me, I would appreciate some suggestions regarding compatibility, overlapping or redundancy of selected components. It's entirely possible that the list is too bloated, so I'll take any suggestion from you guys. I want to try SCS and Ascension for the first time, actually, but plan to set difficult to Improved, so I could stand a chance. I selected quite a few Spell packs and item packs, to have as much firepower as possible, so this is deliberate. Also I selected many kitpacks, because I'm still undecided which type of character I want to play. It'll be probably some kind of good spellcasting character, maybe multiclassed with something. Don't niw yet.
  23. Another request: Monastic Orders of Faerun - EET-compatible as of v.0.4
  24. Is there a difference between BG1 NPC's Banter Timing Tweak and IEP Extended Banters' Banter Accelerator other than different intervals? Is there a difference which one I'll install?
  25. Ouch, sorry, didn't notice BG1 NPC Project on the second list.
