The dialog: (Grey is a Wolfhound, standing about a metre high at the shoulder and being about 7 feet tall standing on hind legs. He doesn't have to "jump". Quiggly Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago I have a oddity with Grey that is almost certainly a conflict with a heavily modded list, and possibly the NPC customization component of Talents of Faerun, Grey is level 1  traveling slowly behind my party in the 7th slot. If I bring him into to the party to level him up, he has 23,000 EXP, but XP for next level is listed as 0. Trying to level him reliably crashes the game. I tried kicking him out and spawning c#grey02. I can bring newly spawned grey into the party with CTRL+Q, but he has no dialog. He does level up properly though. I tried the command posted a couple pages back to reset the Grey joins cutscene with Jondalar SetGlobal("C#Grey_Exists","GLOBAL",2), but while GetGlobal reports the global back as 2, nothing else happens.  Anything I can do to spawn in a fresh grey puppy that I can try to level properly. I fear I might have to just dismiss my broken Grey back to Jondalar and continue on petless. Quote

Actually, Grey will respawn anew for Global("C#Grey_Exists","GLOBAL",0) in Lion's Way. I can't guarantee the whole joining scenes will work properly, though, if you already encountered some of them (so that some variables will be set already). Good luck! Quote
Quiggly Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Thanks! This might have worked. Went back to Lion’s Way, dismissed Grey, set the global to zero, and Grey appeared anew. The joining sequence initiated, but aborted. I went and grab Imoen out of the tavern I left her to drown her sorrows in and repeated the sequence back in Lion’s Way. Grey appeared, the joining dialog fired off with both Grey and Imoen, and puppy joined and leveled up appropriately, Only time will tell, but fingers crossed. It no longer says the XP for the next level is zero, Quote
