SimDing0
Okay, it's a fairly well-known fact that if someone has minhp1 on them, you often have to stand back from battle a bit to let their script kick in. That sucks. I suggest we have the area script check their status and take action as appropriate. Link to comment

Guest taiji
Is it done or do I have to wait another year? Link to comment
Nythrun
It'll be another year most likely. I'm not sure about doing this as a global patch - there'd need to be a lot of new, uniquely death-variabled trolls and such. Scripts run fifteen actions per round at best, so it may not be a jerkiness improvement. Link to comment
SimDing0
I was never envisaging doing it for every random troll you come across. By and large, it's not the end of the world if a troll won't die straight away. But if you're sitting there whacking Irenicus or Improved Torgal and they simply won't go down when you need them to, it's rapidly going to get annoying. Link to comment
Nythrun
Kinda figured, but this has been rotting in pending for awhile and I thought I'd dredge it up. If it's just Foozle-Who-Transitions-No-Areas it'll probably be fine, even after Torgal gets his script overwritten. Please add to "Improved Barl and the Beer Golems" posthaste! Link to comment
Caedwyr
If there is a Turnip Golem, and Jan mentions drinking Turnip Beer, is there then a Turnip Beer Golem? Link to comment
Miloch
you're sitting there whacking Irenicus or Improved Torgal and they simply won't go down when you need them toEh... nevermind. Link to comment
cmorgan
Sorry - no, Miloch, I am not writing that as a new addition to the RE mod... though I will compose the backscore music if someone else does. Link to comment
Miloch
That's quite all right. I just didn't know the title of this topic was to be taken literally... Link to comment
