That is showing the Battleguard of Tempus can get 5 pips in Devotion. Can you send me your profsmax.2da file from your override?

Thank you! What level is your Battleguard? Did you dual class into that kit? Both weapprof.2da and profmax.2da show that you should be able to put more than 2 points into Devotion.

Can you try creating a character yourself with that kit then assign exp to see if it is able to progress accordingly?

Character creation in SoA and ToB lets me assign 3+ pips to divine, but when assigning XP to hit level 8 in BG1, I'm still capped at 2 pips. Think I'm going to chalk this up to some bizarre interaction and/or declare my game haunted - thanks for your help.

Grammarsalad sent me this file.  Before installing, put it in skills-and-abilities/data/scrolls.

I tested this on EET with 3e crafting and it worked.  Alleluia!

Note that your character must have enough levels to learn the Create Scroll innate ability and enough cash and EXP to make the scroll.  You can make scrolls of vanilla spells or those affected by Olvyn's Spell Tool.

Finally, there still may be bugs in the system, but at least this is a handy start!

No, only those listed as requiring EEex require it. In some cases, like my proficiency overhaul, you can install it without EEex but EEex will allow for a couple more new profs.
