Caedwyr
Hmm, maybe add a bit more green into the eyes? Or change the earring colour slightly? As it is, the earrings and eyes both draw your attention, which means that the viewer does not have a single focus spot, and their eyes jump around the picture. Maybe that is the effect you were hoping for, but it'll probably make some people feel that there is something missing or wrong with the picture. It can be a good technique if you want to unsettle the viewer, or create a bit of an uncertain feel to the portrait. Link to comment
icelus
I'd say it's just about perfect. Link to comment
Sillara of the Tamari
So when is Durlyle coming out now that we have luscious portrait?!? Sillara Link to comment
Lord Ernie
The shine in his eyes give him a sort of... feral look (which is good). And while I'm absolutely no judge on this sort of thing, I think it looks great. Link to comment
LuckyOne
Wow, nice portrait Muse!! I'm really impressed! Link to comment
Bri
It looks really good Muse. Sorry Silara, I don't know when I will be able to work on Dur at the moment. Link to comment
Necaradan
I like that port from Muze but I think the Del port should be more like BG2 with her head larger and more in the center of the pic and a bit of background above her head like this I added a green eye to match Muze's Durlyle Disclaimer: I'm no good at image manipulating and I've only got MSpaint Link to comment
Bri
I am going to keep the regular one as before, and actually her eyes were also a green. A forest green as opposed to Muse's profferring having it with a more yellow mix. Link to comment
Muse
Weell... I made a more Delainy-ish version of the Durlyle portrait. Green eyes and all that. Link to comment
BigRob
Looks good, but I'd be interested to see it with the coudy background the originals had. The total blackness behind him looks pretty weird. Link to comment
Muse
Okie, Durlyle with cloudy background and Durlyle with brighter green background: There. I hope everyone's happy now. Link to comment
