  1. What characters do you have that are not attacking? I have it set so pure mages need a ranged weapon equipped to attack so they don't suicide themselves in melee, and thieves under stealth will not break stealth to ensure the player doesn't have a backstab disrupted. Otherwise, are the characters not attacking have weapons that can damage the enemy? Additionally, on the record page (not script page) are all NPCs showing as having bddefai as their assigned script? I feel summoning spells are best left for the player to have manual control over and do not have it in the scripts. Same goes with summoning items. Regarding offensive spells not being used, I haven't had a chance to code out all offensive spells. Are there specific ones you are missing that you'd like to see?
  2. In my opinion working with scripts, they need to be written to account for the changes introduced via Spell Revisions (Revised). I'm not sure the extent SCS Ease of Use scripts does this as I haven't dug into them deep to see the distinctions it makes when SR is installed. If scripts aren't written to account for SR(R), there can be some wonkiness as scripts will be casting with the assumption of a vanilla spell but then it acts differently due to SR(R). Can be small difference but it can be totally unexpected. Outside of SCS Ease of Use and my scripts, I don't think any take into account either SR(R) or IWD spells.

  4. Tactics Remix covers some of these already with plans to address other items on the list. Some are actually done and just need more testing. It plays nice with SCS 34.3. I haven't had a chance to test with v35, but I don't anticipate any issues between the two.

    This mod aims to provide a more climatic ending to Throne of Bhaal by adding a final assault into Bhaal's realm. Upon closing their pocket plane, the main character will find themself pulled into Gehenna where they will need to reach Bhaal's kingdom by fighting through local denizens and the forces of Amelyssan the Blackhearted until they can finally reach Bhaal's throne.     Crucible

    Introduction Crucible features a continuation of the story once the player closes their pocket plane in ToB. Instead of immediately beginning the final fight at the Throne of Blood, the player will find themself in Gehenna outside of Bhaal's kingdom. From here, the player will need to assault Bhaal's kingdom and fight to the Throne. This mod includes about a dozen new areas, created by Acifer, and delves into the lore surrounding Bhaal while offering many new and challenging opponents and tactical encounters. The player should expect the mod to add about 1 to 3 hours to the game. Difficulty Difficulty for this mod is heavily tied to the difficulty slider to include the numbers and types of enemies encountered along with the abilities they choose to use. Insane and LoB difficulties are going to be in line with Tactics/Ascension level difficulty while anything less will be much more approachable to users who avoid difficulty increasing mods. Compatibility This mod is for Enhanced Edition ONLY and compatible with Ascension and mods that add IWD spells into Baldur's Gate. In both instances, Crucible needs to be installed after these mods. Emerging Technology This mod uses ai voice acting for net new characters courtesy of Replica Studios and ElevenLabs.io. Any characters with prior voice work, such as NPCs, do NOT have voice acting for any new lines of dialog.   11. There you come again half cocked with half the story and a wrong opinion. For months now its the same thing from you and it's tiring. No wonder you were banned from the OpenRA community per your own statements: "bipolar nature of GraionDilach's interactions." That makes perfect sense. The comments are there and anyone is welcome to look it up to include how Angel was told it was bad coding practice.
  12. There are a lot of things going on under the hood involving the MiH series and component numbers which makes things less ideal to do checks against. The creature changes introduced in MiH have multiple downstream impacts the owner publicly stated he doesn't care about. Additionally, the owner also very publicly stated he blocked me across all mediums, to include the git repositories. I'm not going to attempt to maintain compatibility if communication paths are blocked off and he's unreceptive to feedback.

  14. Thank you all for the support and enthusiasm for this mod! I'm equally excited as all of you to get this released and I'm making good progress on it. Like all things, it takes time and I'm able to average 2 to 4 hours a day working on it. A few of the areas are finalized, polished, and ready to go, and a few more have yet to be started. I want to make sure I get this right and meet the expectations all of you have to deliver something amazing.
  15. There are a lot of problems stemming from MiH - EQ. Some components will outright clash and the possibility for issues caused by MiH is high.
  16. This will be the player's swan song with their party and I want to give them a fun yet challenging send off to include many unique encounter and enemy designs. ToB just ends so abruptly, and I want the player to see their party shine and flex their muscle. That said, this mod will be difficult. No way to sugar coat that. The difficulty slider is there for a reason and the mod will be very responsive to it.

  19. In Tactics Remix I typically avoid ForceSpell() and instead prefer Spell() and SpellNoDec().
  20. I can update both items to require a minimum of 16 dex to use.
  21. Knowing the author's other crash to desktop bugs throughout the game, I would recommend looking at the creature spawns for the area. Historically, MiH - EQ has crash to desktop by trying to spawn creatures that don't exist.
