BigRob
Yes, thank you, I'm feeling much better now. The fact that the illness fell right at a period of narrow deadlines at work really didn't (and still doesn't) help with the time factor currently. Work (well, the deadlines bit) is what ails all of us, sadly. Edited February 7, 2007 by BigRob Quote Link to comment
Celtic Rose
Illness? Feeling better now though? *sends cookies and milk* Work spoils all our fun, doesn't it? Pity it's a necessary evil. Wish I had a suggestion for work . . . . . CelticRose Quote Link to comment
BigRob
Thanks Celtic Rose. The illness is pretty much done now, but who am I to turn away chicken soup, milk and cookies? I'm hoping to sneak in a bit of writing some time this weekend, in between the work, but right now, I'm thinking of that old adage: Fire fixes everything. Quote Link to comment
berelinde
So, are you saying you want your chicken soup by the fire? That could probably be arranged. Quote Link to comment
dragonjewel13
It sounds like a sassy little vacation! Milk, cookies, chicken soup, and a crackling fire. Throw in some snow outside and you have a bad romantic CD commercial! Quote Link to comment
BigRob
If it weren't summer down here, chicken soup by a fire would be a very welcome holiday. And I don't know if the kind of fire I had in mind might feature in a romantic CD advertisment... still, you never know. Quote Link to comment
Riviera
I get the feeling you're talking about the kind of fire that Edwin might provide.. In which case, it could still be romantic! ...Maybe. Quote Link to comment

BigRob
A cup of mulled wine, the sparks flying high into the night, the serenade of the injured... There's probably someone to go for a bit of that. Quote Link to comment
KIrving
Any chance of a new progress report? (*Hides cattle prod and produces a plate of tasty anzac biscuits.*) Pretty please? Quote Link to comment
BigRob
Ooo, Anzac buscuits! I suppose it's been a while since the last report... Why do I smell ozone? Quote Link to comment
Silver
wahoo another progress report. << >> is the Anomen conflict the only thing left, or is there more to be done? *whimper* Quote Link to comment
BigRob
Nope, there's still more to be done. After Anomen, there's banter for all the other NPCs, Quests to be written (but the basic plots are done for those) and the interjects. Then the coding begins. The longest parts remaining will be the Anomen conflict, Haer'Dalis' banters (because of his conflict with Aklon) and Jaheira's banters (she and Aklon have a lot to say to one another). The quests have PC interaction so they may take a little while too. Quote Link to comment
Silver
sounds like a lot of work, wish ya luck with that ^_^ << we probably can't wait, but then again... wait we will Quote Link to comment
KIrving
Thankyou for the progress report, BigRob. It's good to see that electric shoc...um...tasty treats work wonders. Quote Link to comment
