  1. You can't if I'm remember right. But luckily you can get some somewhere else on the Sword Coast.
  2. There is no dialogue after the final fight, the mod is expecting an immediate end game and transition to SoD or importing to BG2EE.
  3. Correction, I was thinking about FAI, not Jovial Jongler.
  4. The Tweaks Anthology Indeed spread them in my game.
  5. Hi, I'm currently in BGEE chapter 5, with an half elf skald, Jaheira, Khalid, Branwen, Coran and Flara (red dragon disciple). I installed almost all ToF components (I skipped grandmastery for multiclass fighters and others warriors), SCS, MiH EQ, MiH nerf easter eggs, and some quests mods. Complete list here : New thAC0 progression really helps clerics and even more rogues and druids thanks to their fast progression. At the same XP, a rogue can have same base thAC0 than a multiclass fighter now. I found out early on in my party than low level characters and monsters too now hit more often. It turned out the "Revised ability score modifiers -> Standard Talents of Faerun system" is the main culprit here. Particularly, bonus to hit from strength allows to reach very low thAC0 as soon as mid game, even with non warrior classes. Bonus to hit from dexterity is also pretty strong. On the other hand, bonus to AC from DEX is not enough to compensate increase chances to hit from STR, making AC an "all or nothing" thing : either you have very low AC, or you can just don't care since good AC or bad AC will neat you the same outcome when being hit. After comparing the bonus to hit and damage tables between unmodded and ToF, I thought maybe halving the bonus to hit from STR (rounded down) would probably be better balanced, at least in BGEE (I still have to try ToF on BG2EE). The same could be done to to hit bonus from DEX. On a related subject, bonus to saving throws from abilities could maybe also be halved, they allow too to reach very low ST as soon as mid BGEE. Of course it just a suggestion, but even with MiH QE and SCS, I found out this run was easier than thoses without ToF. Here is a comparaison table between unmodded, ToF standard system and my suggested nerf : Strength score unmodded game ToF Suggested change to hit damage to hit damage to hit damage 1 -5 -4 -4 -4 -2 -4 2 -3 -2 -4 -4 -2 -4 3 -3 -1 -3 -3 -1 -3 4 -2 -1 -3 -3 -1 -3 5 -2 -1 -2 -2 -1 -2 6 -1 0 -2 -2 -1 -2 7 -1 0 -1 -1 0 -1 8 0 0 -1 -1 0 -1 9 0 0 0 0 0 0 10 0 0 0 0 0 0 11 0 0 0 0 0 0 12 0 0 1 1 0 1 13 0 0 1 1 0 1 14 0 0 2 2 1 2 15 0 0 2 2 1 2 16 0 1 3 3 1 3 17 1 1 3 3 1 3 18 1 2 4 4 2 4 19 3 7 5 5 2 5 20 3 8 6 6 3 6 21 4 9 7 7 3 7 22 4 10 8 8 4 8 23 5 11 9 9 4 9 24 6 12 10 10 5 10 25 7 14 11 11 5 11
  6. It's EET Tweaks, as RoyalProtector said above. I disagree with charm serving only in combat in BG1. In original BG1, charm didn't turn hostile the victims, and there is many specific dialogs for charmed creature. Even Dynaheir have something to say if charmed ! Definitely, charm was meant as a roleplaying option in original BG1. Sadly, BGEE took BG2 behaviour of turning hostile after charm. Some examples here : https://lilura1.blogspot.com/2019/10/Baldurs-Gate-Retrospective-Review-Charming-Dialogue-on-charm-dialogue-Charm-Person-Algernons-Cloak.html
  7. I also noticed this in my BGEE run. Saving throws bonus from stats are very powerful. Maybe bonus to saving throws from stats should be halved ? That's way Force of personality would not be so powerful. I took it with my skald with 3 wisdom and 19 charisma at level 2, and went from -4 to +5 to spells ST, a difference of 9 points ! With malus and bonus halved, it would have been from -2 to +2, so still a significative gain, but not something so gamebreaking for a level 2 feat. Also, I choose custom bonus stats with 19 giving 5, 20 giving 6, but in BGEE it really feels too strong. the D&D3 alternate bonus stats with 20 giving 5, 22 giving 6, seems more balanced {between subraces and tomes it's easy to have 19 or 20 in some stats).
  8. In unmodded game, it's only bring to the table in SoD. But BG1 NPC Project adds Imoen learning some bit of magic after studying Tarnesh's spellbook, or telling Davaeron she always wanted to learn magic. Brandock mod also adds some banters about Imoen curiosity about magic and her capacity to learn it. For Safana, she seeks some men to to fight for her, and in BG2 she does the bounty hunter job by deceipt. Not the NPC I would see in the frontline, fighting like an honorable warrior. So no swashbuckler for me too.
  9. I would say Imoen as a trickster from Artisan, Safana as a bounty hunter, and Skie unkit until BG2EE with Mage Hunter kit from Artisan. ^^
  10. It seems indeed easier to just use the improved NPC management to give kit to NPC.
  11. As for mods, they often already have a kit : Drake is a priest of Tyr, Dave is a priest of Talos, Gavin is a priest of Lathander...
  12. I understood SoD UI as the default BGEE SoD UI.
  13. I can confirm cdiris and cdlargo stay in High Hedge at the end of the quest.
  14. The journal entries for this quest updated without problem in my game. Do you use Dragonspear UI ? I remember reading it could sometimes have bad interaction with quests entries.
  15. Gorgeous ! Will v5 work with custom UI like Lefreut ?
  16. @AWizardDidIt Black Hearts is one of the few quests mods always installed on my BGEE, and the one I recommend the most to other players. The dialogs are great and really fit each NPC. Illasera herself is now one of the most interesting antagonist, along Irenicus and Sarevok, and far ahead of Bodhi. IMHO Black Hearts is in the top four BGEE quests mods. From what I read on the Infinity Engine Discord, many players really enjoy it too. I'm still intrigued by your planed SoD part. Thank you very much for this mod.
  17. After charming Carsa so she dropped the jar and freed Khark in the Firewine ruins, I told her to go to Gullykin after killing him. But when I meet her again in Gullykin temple, she starts her initial conversation as if in the Firewine area, and as if she still have the jar. If I exit the conversation, then the post Khark death fires and I can then tell her again to go to Gullykin and again receive 1000 XP.
  18. Maybe the hunting spider could be immune to poison, even if not able to poison with its attack ? Or have three attacks ? I was also wondering if at higher level the forms could evolve again, like greater wyvern, astral phase spider and winter bear like the one in Durlag's Tower ? As far as avenger is concerned, I also spot something weird on his shapeshifting ability description, namely it still mentioned fire salamander.
  19. I had in mind a dragon disciple HLA. For druids, ToF already buffs them, particularly Avenger's and Shapeshifter's ones. Unkitted druid have better elemental forms too.
  20. Maybe a custom avatar based on the greater wyvern one could do the trick ?
  21. I don't know what causes your problem, but you could use IWDification mod to install IWD bard songs instead.
